Faculty Spotlight: BIT Welcomes Three New Management Instructors

michele-arpinMichele Arpin brings more than twenty years of management experience to the classroom. As Director of Operations for an Internet-based company, Michele oversaw customer service, marketing, inside sales, sales support, billing and collections. She earned her BA in Ethics and Political Philosophy from Brown Univeristy and earned her MBA in Marketing and Management from Rollins College. Michele has experience teaching online and in the classroom. Michele is experienced with curriculum development and has created courses in management and marketing for several colleges and universities.

erica-gambleDr. Erica Gamble is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and currently lives in Atlanta, GA. She has over 14 years of human resources and business experience and had worked for several fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Progressive Insurance Company, Bank of America, and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Gamble earned her BSBA in Human Resources from David Myers University, her MBA and Doctorate degree from the University of Phoenix.

jacob-stanfordJake Stanford has lived in Chattanooga for the past 3 ½ years while working as an operational auditor within the Office of Inspector General for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Jake earned his BS degree in English at the University of Alabama and earned his MBA from University of Alabama. While in graduate school, Jake taught business communications which began his interest in teaching at the college level. He is very excited about starting his new career at Chattanooga State!
